3 EASY STEPS
All of our pieces are made to fit. We believe that clothing should empower women of all sizes and we work hard to deliver each piece with love. At this time, our custom concierge service is only available in the Washington Metropolitan Area. For out of state orders please contact us at info@zophiaonline.com. Our design process can take about 2-3 weeks.
1. PRE-ORDER
Browse through our shop. Find the item you love and click Purchase. You'll then be prompted to request an appointment with us. When we meet we'll take your measurements, chat about your style, what you love, what you hate, etc. We'll also bring our swatchbook and you'll see our latest fabric selections.
2. GET FITTED
Your first fitting is 1 week later. We come to you (office, home etc.). We make sure your skirt fits and that you are in love with it. Depending on the complexity of your garment, it may take more than one fitting.
3. LOVE
1 week after your fitting, your skirt is personally delivered or shipped to you.
